Pamela Vergara is a long-lost writer whose love affair with writing began when she unexpectedly won an essay competition at the age of 8. This continued on to the school newspaper, poetry and songs during her youth, to writing policies, procedures and (tax) advice in her previous professional life, and blogging during her short-lived tenure as a stay-at-home-mum when she had their third baby in 2012.
