PAYMENT OPTIONS AND PAYMENT PLANS

Payment Policy

Payment is required in full on the day of the treatment. We have various payment methods available such as cash, EFTPOS, credit card (Visa, Mastercard and AMEX only), health fund claims through HICAPS, Medicare for CDBS and Veterans' Affairs. ALL HEALTH FUNDS ARE WELCOME.

We understand that sometimes, times can be tough financially. If you are concerned about this, please give our practice a call prior to your appointment so we can discuss what options you have. We have payment plans available through MediPay and DentiCare for eligible patients for certain eligible procedures.

Deposits

We require a deposit for certain long appointments to guarantee your appointment, as well as for extensive procedures that require laboratory work. Deposit amounts will vary according to your procedure. The deposit amounts will be held as a credit in your patient account and will go towards your treatment. However, please note that our cancellation policy still applies for failure to attend your appointment, so please be mindful of the confirmation process that we have.
