The safety and well being of our visitors, patients and our staff remain of utmost priority for us.
From our strict infection control standards that we’ve had since the beginning of our practice, to the additional precautionary measures that we’ve implemented in response to the COVID-19 crisis, we are committed to ensuring that our clinic remains as COVID-safe as possible.
Working together to keep each other safe is our best defence during this crisis.
Whilst we are doing our best from our end, we ask that our beautiful patients also help us by adhering to our conditions of entry including:
completing our electronic pre-screening COVID-19 questionnaire prior to their arrival (link sent via SMS to the patient)
sanitising their hands upon their arrival and departure,
rescheduling their appointment if they are feeling unwell (including fever, cough, cold, sore throat or shortness of breath), if they’ve been overseas or interstate within the last 14 days (including current hotspots identified by the government), if they have been in direct contact with a confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19 (in which case, self isolation for 14 days is required), if they are currently awaiting test results for COVID-19 and are required to be in self-isolation.
We continue to monitor the advice from the NSW Government and Health Department, as well as the health and safety advice of the Australian Dental Association and the Australian Health Protection Principal Committee, and will action any changes or requirements accordingly.
