Here at our practice, we want to make sure that appointments are timely and made to suit your schedule best. Bookings can be done online 24/7 by clicking on the BOOK NOW button on our home page, or if you prefer to speak to a real person, our patient relations coordinator will happily find the perfect time for you to see one of our dentists.

Once you have booked your appointment and provided us with your mobile number, we will send you a SMS confirmation 48 hours prior to your scheduled time.

What to expect on your first visit

On your first visit, we recommend you to come 10 minutes early to fill in a patient registration form. This will assist us in ensuring that our day's appointments run on schedule, allowing us to spend more time on giving you a thorough examination.

Waiting is no chore in this relaxing environment. Plus the dentist is a nice guy!

Your initial consultation will involve a comprehensive examination to assess the state of your current oral health and discuss what is happening in your mouth. This may involve the following (but is not limited to): taking diagnostic x-rays, bite check, gum analysis, soft tissue review, teeth charting and recording, and taking intra-oral photographs. We then formulate a customized dental treatment plan for you.

We encourage this to be a two-way conversation between you and us. You are welcome to tell us your concerns and ask any questions without fear of judgment, allowing you to make informed decisions going forward. We want you to feel comfortable and make this a positive and exciting journey to a healthier mouth.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment is a time allocated exclusively for you. Our team prepares for your treatment prior to your arrival so that everything will run smoothly while you're on the dental chair. We do understand that time is precious and life gets busy, however, we require a 24-hour cancellation notice so that we can reallocate your appointment time to any waiting or emergency patients.

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice.

As we confirm appointments 48 hours prior via SMS and a follow-up phone call the day before (if we did not receive your SMS reply), your appointment remains your responsibility to attend or reschedule at least 24 business hours in advance.

Late notice or failure to attend your appointment may incur a cancellation penalty. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or FAILURE TO ATTEND WITHOUT NOTICE incur a short notice cancellation fee of $50 at the discretion of management. Cancellation Fees are non-refundable.
